🍽️ 3-minute Nutella Mug Cake

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 medium-sized egg(s)
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 3 tbsp Nutella
- 3 tbsp oil, neutral
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 pinch(es) salt
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients into a large mug (to prevent overflow) and stir vigorously until the batter is smooth. Do not overmix, or the cake will become dense instead of fluffy.
- 2. Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high power for 1.5 to 2 minutes. Tip: Place a small plate under the mug in case anything spills, so you don't have to clean the microwave.
- 3. This amount makes one mug and is often enough for two people, but sometimes just for me.
- 4. Serve the cake hot with freshly whipped cream and some strawberry pieces. It tastes great cold too! I only had ice cream for the photo, but that works well too.
