  4. 4. Mix the Greek yogurt (a firm, fatty yogurt) with the quark and the squeezed cucumber.
  5. 5. Press the garlic directly into the yogurt mixture.
  6. 6. Add fresh dill leaves.
  7. 7. Season the sauce with a splash of olive oil and some vinegar.
  8. 8. Pepper the mixture generously and salt it to taste.
  9. 9. Stir everything well until a creamy consistency forms.
  10. 10. Serve the tzatziki warm with grilled meat or cold with boiled potatoes.
