🍝 Tasty Rice Salad Mix

Ingredients
- 125 g rice
- 2 red bell pepper(s) (and green, finely diced)
- 1 onion(s) (finely diced)
- 125 g boiled ham (finely diced)
- 1 can(s) mandarin(s) (plus half of the juice)
- 250 g salad cream (Miracel Whip) (or mayonnaise)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- 1. Cook the rice in salted water until it is done. Then mix it with all other ingredients and let the mixture rest for a short while.
- 2. Taste the salad again before serving. Tip: If you do not have soy sauce, you can replace it with a mixture of Maggi and sherry in a one-to-one ratio.
