Ingredients

- 8 tbsp flour
- 2 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- oil for frying
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes.
- 2. Grate the potatoes using the coarse side of the grater.
- 3. Season the grated potatoes generously with salt.
- 4. Add a pinch of pepper.
- 5. Stir the beaten eggs into the potato mixture.
- 6. Fold in the finely diced onions.
- 7. Add flour until the mixture holds together well.
- 8. Mix everything thoroughly until you have a uniform batter.
- 9. Heat plenty of oil in a pan.
- 10. Fry the pancakes in batches in the hot oil.
- 11. Ensure the pancakes can float in the oil.
- 12. Remove the finished pancakes from the oil.
- 13. Let them drain on kitchen paper.
