  3. 3. Pour the pudding mixture into the hot milk.
  4. 4. Cook the mixture briefly while stirring constantly until it thickens.
  5. 5. Remove the pot from the heat.
  6. 6. Add the butter and stir until it has completely melted.
  7. 7. Stir the sugar and eggs into the milk mixture.
  8. 8. Wait until the mixture is warm to the touch.
  9. 9. Stir in the dry yeast.
  10. 10. Mix the salt and flour in a large bowl.
  11. 11. Pour the pudding milk over the dry ingredients.
  12. 12. Knead everything into a soft, slightly sticky dough.
  13. 13. Use the dough hooks of a mixer for this.
  14. 14. Ensure the dough is wetter than normal yeast dough.
  15. 15. Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size.
  16. 16. This process takes about 1 to 2 hours.
  17. 17. Divide the finished dough into two equal halves.

  28. 28. Let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes.
