Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 75 g margarine (or butter)
- 75 g sugar
- 1 pkt. vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
Instructions
- 1. Mix the flour with the baking powder.
- 2. Sift the dry mixture into a large bowl.
- 3. Place small pieces of margarine or butter on top of the flour.
- 4. Add the sugar and the vanilla sugar.
- 5. Add the egg.
- 6. Knead everything vigorously by hand.
- 7. Work until a homogeneous, smooth dough forms.
- 8. Cover the bowl.
- 9. Place the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- 10. Use the dough as a base for cakes or for cookies.
- 11. Roll out the dough.
- 12. Cut out the cookies.
- 13. Bake the cookies.
- 14. Wait until the cookies have cooled down.
- 15. Coat the cooled cookies with chocolate.
- 16. Pay attention to the appropriate baking time and temperature for your purpose.
