🍽️ Oreo Chocolate Balls

Ingredients
- 12 cookies (Oreo)
- 60 g cream cheese
- 100 g chocolate (white)
Instructions
- 1. Crush the cookies into fine crumbs.
- 2. Thoroughly mix the crumbs with the cream cheese.
- 3. Lightly wet your hands with water.
- 4. Form about 12 small balls from the mixture.
- 5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 6. Put the tray in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- 7. Fill a pot with some water and heat it.
- 8. Place a bowl with the white chocolate over the pot.
- 9. Melt the chocolate while stirring.
- 10. Take the frozen balls out of the freezer.
- 11. Stick one ball onto a wooden skewer.
- 12. Dip the ball completely into the melted chocolate.
- 13. Place the coated ball back on the tray.
- 14. Repeat the process with all remaining balls.
- 15. Put the tray back in the freezer.
- 16. Wait until the chocolate is completely hard.
