🍽️ Creamy Turkey Stew

Ingredients
- 300 g turkey cutlets
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 medium onion
- 200 ml cream
- 250 g cherry tomatoes (or mini vine tomatoes)
- 1 tsp, heaped garlic (diced)
- 25 g processed cheese (pepper or cream processed cheese)
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- paprika powder
- oregano
Instructions
- 1. Cut the turkey meat into thin strips.
- 2. Season the meat generously with salt and pepper.
- 3. Heat the sunflower oil in a large non-stick pan.
- 4. Fry the turkey strips in it over high heat.
- 5. Chop the onion into coarse cubes.
- 6. Cut the tomatoes into quarters or eighths, depending on their size.
- 7. Add the tomato paste to the turkey strips.
- 8. Fry the tomato paste together for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 9. Add the onions and garlic.
- 10. Fry the onions and garlic until the onions are lightly browned.
- 11. Add mustard, olive oil, tomatoes, cream, and processed cheese.
- 12. Simmer everything for 5 to 10 minutes over medium heat.
- 13. Stir occasionally until the cheese has melted.
- 14. Season with paprika powder, oregano, and pepper.
- 15. Serve the dish with pasta.
