Ingredients
- 250 ml ketchup
- 6 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp vinegar (white)
- 4 tsp sauce (hickory smoke sauce)
- 0.25 tsp tabasco
- 110 g sugar, brown
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp mustard (yellow)
- 3 tbsp onion(s) (finely chopped)
- 1 orange(s) (its juice, optional)
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients into a large pot, stir them well, and bring the mixture to a boil. Lower the heat, let the sauce simmer gently for 15 minutes, and stir occasionally.
- 2. Pour the finished sauce into an airtight container or bottle and store it in the refrigerator.
