🍰 Strawberry Coconut Dessert

Ingredients
- 400 g strawberries (quartered)
- 100 g sugar
- 150 g confectionery (Raffaello)
- 6 tbsp port wine
- 500 g plain yogurt
- 500 ml whipping cream
- some coconut flakes
Instructions
- 1. Blend the yogurt and Raffaello chocolates together using a hand blender until smooth. Then, stir in the sugar.
- 2. Drizzle the strawberries with a splash of port wine.
- 3. Whip the cream until stiff. Then, gently fold it into the yogurt mixture.
- 4. Fill six dessert glasses halfway with the cream. Spread a layer of strawberries on top and cover with the remaining cream. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and decorate with a whole strawberry.
- 5. If children are eating the dessert, simply omit the port wine.
