  1. 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  2. 2. Place the bell peppers and one tablespoon of olive oil into the air fryer basket.
  3. 3. Cook the bell peppers for 5 minutes at 180 °C.
  4. 4. Add the onions to the pepper pieces.
  5. 5. Sauté the vegetables for another 5 minutes at 180 °C.
  6. 6. Rinse the chicken breast and pat it dry with kitchen paper.
  7. 7. Cut the chicken meat into thin strips.
  8. 8. Season the chicken strips generously with salt, pepper, paprika powder, and cardamom.
  9. 9. Add the seasoned chicken strips to the peppers and onions in the air fryer.
  10. 10. Roast the chicken for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 °C.
  11. 11. Stir the food occasionally with a wooden spoon.
  12. 12. Mix 2 tablespoons of red wine, one teaspoon of vinegar, and half a teaspoon of cornstarch in a small bowl.
  13. 13. Add the sauce mixture to the air fryer 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
  14. 14. Let the sauce cook briefly at the end until it thickens.
  15. 15. Serve the "Istanbul" pan hot.
