🍰 Solero Dessert – quick & easy

Ingredients
- 1 large can of peach(es) (diced)
- 500 g vanilla yogurt
- 400 ml cream
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 2 packets whipping stabilizer
- 3 cups passion fruit juice (total approx. 600 - 700 ml)
- 3 packets vanilla sauce powder (no cooking required)
Instructions
- 1. Line a shallow dish with the peach cubes. Spread the vanilla yogurt evenly over them. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and cream stabilizer (an additive that helps the cream hold its shape) until stiff and spread it on top.
- 2. Mix the passion fruit juice with the vanilla sauce powder until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly over the cream. Let the dessert chill in the refrigerator for about 12 hours to set.
