Ingredients
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g cream quark (or skimmed quark)
- 200 g whipping cream
- 100 g sugar
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 200 g gingerbread (with chocolate glaze)
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- 1. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Drain the mandarin oranges. Mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar, and the second packet of vanilla sugar. Fold in two-thirds of the whipped cream.
- 2. Crumble the chocolate spice cake into a baking dish. Spread half of the mascarpone cream on top. Layer the mandarin oranges on top. Spread the remaining cream over it and cover everything with the rest of the cream.
- 3. Place the dessert in the refrigerator until serving. Dust it with cocoa powder before plating.
