  1. 1. Quickly prepare the seasoned oil by mixing olive oil with a heaped teaspoon of salted vegetable mix and a pinch of chili. You can also use other oils and just add salt and pepper, or add dried herbs, chili, or soy sauce to taste. The mixture must taste strong and salty.
  2. 2. Place the cauliflower florets in a bowl or directly in the baking dish. Mix them thoroughly with the oil, preferably by hand, so that every single floret is well coated with oil.
  3. 3. Place the florets in a large baking dish so that they do not overlap. Bake the cauliflower at 180 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
