🍽️ Piyaz – Turkish White Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 1 large can of beans, white
- 3 onions
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 lemon, juice from it
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch of sugar
- salt
- paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
- 1. Drain the beans in a colander and let the water run off. Peel the onions and cut them into very thin strips. Wash the parsley, chop it finely, and add it to the beans along with the onions.
- 2. Mix lemon juice, vinegar, oil, spices, and sugar in a small bowl until the dressing is well combined. Pour this mixture over the beans and stir everything thoroughly.
- 3. Place the salad in the refrigerator for about 4 hours to let the flavors meld together before serving.
