Ingredients
- 1 Ring/poultry meat sausage (finely diced)
- 6 m.-sized potato(es) (boiled and diced)
- 5 Egg(s) (boiled and diced)
- 1 Bunch radishes (grated)
- 1 Cucumber(s) (grated)
- 0.5 Bunch parsley (finely chopped)
- 0.5 Bunch dill (finely chopped)
- 3 Spring onion(s) (cut into fine rings)
- 1 Cup sour cream
- 1 Cup sour cream
- 1 Cup buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp, level mustard
- some lemon juice
- 1.5 Liter mineral water with carbonation (chilled)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil the potatoes and eggs until hard.
- 2. Let the potatoes and eggs cool down completely.
- 3. Dice the chicken sausage into small cubes.
- 4. Dice the vegetables into small cubes.
- 5. Chop the herbs finely.
- 6. Put all prepared ingredients into a large bowl.
- 7. Add sour cream to the bowl.
- 8. Add crème fraîche to the bowl.
- 9. Add buttermilk to the bowl.
- 10. Add mustard to the bowl.
- 11. Add lemon juice to the bowl.
- 12. Stir the ingredients gently.
- 13. Pour in cold mineral water.
- 14. Add at least 1.5 liters of mineral water.
- 15. Add up to 2 liters of mineral water, depending on the desired consistency.
- 16. Season the soup with salt.
- 17. Season the soup with pepper.
- 18. Let the soup sit for a few hours.
- 19. Store the soup in the refrigerator.
- 20. Consume the soup within three days.
