🍽️ Fluffy Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
- 200 g flour (whole grain is fine)
- 240 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar (homemade)
- 2 pinches cardamom powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 large banana (mashed)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp oil (macadamia oil)
- some oil (neutral, for frying)
- maple syrup to taste
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the mixture vigorously.
- 3. Make sure the batter is smooth and lump-free.
- 4. Heat some neutral oil in a non-stick frying pan.
- 5. Set the stove to medium heat.
- 6. Pour a small amount of batter into the hot pan.
- 7. Fry the pancake on the first side until golden brown.
- 8. Flip the pancake and fry the other side until golden brown.
- 9. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- 10. You should end up with about 14 pancakes.
- 11. Stack the finished pancakes on two plates.
- 12. Drizzle generously with maple syrup.
- 13. Serve the pancakes immediately while warm.
