🥗 Big Mac Salad

Ingredients
- 6 hamburger buns (with sesame)
- 1 small iceberg lettuce
- 1 pack of processed cheese slices (Chester)
- 6 pickles
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 500 g beef mince
- salt and pepper
- 0.5 jar salad cream (Miracel Whip)
- 0.5 tube mayonnaise
- 6 tbsp French dressing (with a little dill)
- 8 tbsp pickles (finely diced)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 6 tbsp onions (dried, finely diced)
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp pickle relish (sweet and sour)
Instructions
- 1. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- 2. Heat the sauce in the microwave for 25 seconds.
- 3. Stir the sauce again after heating.
- 4. Let the sauce sit in the fridge overnight so the onions rehydrate.
- 5. Fry the minced meat in a pan over high heat.
- 6. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- 7. Let the meat cool down completely.
- 8. Halve the hamburger buns.
- 9. Toast the bun halves lightly.
- 10. Cut the buns into cubes of about 2 x 2 cm.
- 11. Save four bun tops for the top layer.
- 12. Cube these four halves as well.
- 13. Cut the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- 14. Add one-third of the bun cubes to a large glass bowl.
- 15. Spread half of the lettuce on the buns.
- 16. Add half of the sauce on top.
- 17. Spread half of the meat on the lettuce.
- 18. Place a layer of cheese slices on top.
- 19. Add the remaining bun cubes (except the four tops for the top).
- 20. Spread the rest of the lettuce on top.
- 21. Add the second half of the sauce on top.
- 22. Place a layer of pickle slices on top.
- 23. Spread the second half of the meat on the pickles.
- 24. Place the cubed bun tops on the salad so that the sesame side faces up.
