🍽️ Homemade Salad Dressing for Storage

Ingredients
- 200 g balsamic vinegar, light
- 250 g water
- 80 g sugar (up to 100 g)
- 20 g salt
- 20 g vegetable bouillon powder (granulated)
- 200 g sour cream (or Schmand)
- 300 g plain yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 60 g mustard, medium-hot
- 200 g oil
- 0.25 tsp pepper, black
- to taste salad herbs
Instructions
- 1. Decide whether you want to prepare the dressing using a Thermomix or simply in a regular pot.
- 2. Add vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and vegetable broth to a pot.
- 3. Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
- 4. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 5. Add the remaining ingredients.
- 6. Blend everything smooth briefly with a hand blender.
- 7. Pour the finished dressing into bottles.
- 8. Let the dressing cool down completely.
- 9. Store the cooled dressing in the refrigerator.
- 10. Use the dressing as desired for leaf salads or raw vegetables.
- 11. Use the dressing as a tasty homemade gift.
