Ingredients
- 125 g Butter
- 125 g Sugar
- 2 Egg(s)
- 2 Banana(s) (ripe)
- 175 g Flour
- 0.5 Packet Baking Powder
- Fat for the baking sheet
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Beat the butter, sugar, and eggs until creamy. Mash the bananas with a fork and fold them into the mixture. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir it in as well.
- 3. Grease a small baking pan (about 30 x 22 cm) and spread the batter evenly over it. Bake the cake for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Be sure to do a toothpick test, as every oven bakes differently.
