  2. 2. Place the peeled potatoes and the rapeseed oil into the Actifry.
  3. 3. Start the Actifry and fry the potatoes for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the butter and the beet molasses (a sweet, dark syrup made from beets) to the potatoes.
  5. 5. Season the mixture to taste with freshly ground nutmeg.
  6. 6. Continue frying the potatoes for another 10 to 15 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
  7. 7. Sprinkle salt over the finished potatoes just before serving.
