🍽️ Crispy Actifry Potatoes with Molasses

Ingredients
- 800 g peeled potatoes (small, waxy, cooked the day before)
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp beet syrup
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Peel the pre-boiled potatoes.
- 2. Place the peeled potatoes and the rapeseed oil into the Actifry.
- 3. Start the Actifry and fry the potatoes for 5 minutes.
- 4. Add the butter and the beet molasses (a sweet, dark syrup made from beets) to the potatoes.
- 5. Season the mixture to taste with freshly ground nutmeg.
- 6. Continue frying the potatoes for another 10 to 15 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 7. Sprinkle salt over the finished potatoes just before serving.
