🍽️ Homemade Snack Bar Currywurst Sauce

Ingredients
- 10 g olive oil
- 120 g tomato ketchup
- 60 g water
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
- 0.5 tsp broth (granulated)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 pinch(es) pepper
- optional vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Pour oil, tomato ketchup, and water into a pot.
- 2. Stir the ingredients well.
- 3. Heat the mixture over high heat.
- 4. Let the mixture boil vigorously for about one minute.
- 5. Add the remaining ingredients.
- 6. Let the sauce simmer gently for three minutes.
- 7. Optionally stir in one teaspoon of vinegar if you prefer a tangier taste.
- 8. Replace some of the regular ketchup with hot curry or chili ketchup if you like it spicier.
