🍽️ Spaghetti with Lemon and Herb Shrimp

Ingredients
- 350 g spaghetti
- 2 tbsp butter
- 80 ml Cream
- 1 Lemon (Zest and Juice)
- 2 tbsp Herbs (to your choice (e.g. Parsley))
- 3 tbsp parmesan
- to taste Chili Powder
- 350 g Shrimp (Frozen, Thawed)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Sprig Rosemary
- 1 Sprig Thyme
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- a little Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente (firm to the bite). Drain the pasta, add butter, cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, herbs, and grated Parmesan, then mix everything well. If you like, stir in some chili powder.
- 2. Sear the shrimp in olive oil with a sprig of rosemary and thyme, along with the finely chopped garlic cloves, on each side for a short time. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Serve the pasta in deep plates and place the shrimp on top.
