🍽️ Hearty Chestnut Soup for Cold Days

Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 3 small onion(s)
- 400 g chestnut(s) (cooked, vacuum-sealed)
- 750 ml vegetable stock
- 350 ml cream
- 125 ml milk
- salt
- sugar
- a little cinnamon powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat the butter in a pot and sauté the finely chopped onions until they are soft and translucent. Add the chopped chestnuts and cover everything with the broth. Let the mixture simmer gently over low heat for 30 minutes.
- 2. Stir in the cream and milk and let the soup simmer for another 5 minutes. Puree the mixture until smooth using a hand blender and season to taste with the spices.
