🍽️ Spekulatius Liqueur

Ingredients

• 150 ml schnapps (corn)
• 250 ml whipping cream
• 50 g powdered sugar
• 3 tbsp Nutella
• 2 tsp spice mix (speculaas)

Instructions

1. 1. Stir together the Korn (a German grain spirit), the nut nougat cream, the powdered sugar, and the speculatius spice until a smooth, homogeneous mass forms. Whip the heavy cream until lightly stiff and fold it into the mixture.
2. 2. The liqueur keeps for two to three months. Store it in a cool and dark place.
