🍲 Party Soup in Karin's Style

Ingredients
- 1 kg ground meat
- 1 bell pepper(s), red (diced)
- 1 can corn
- 2 bottles sauce (Mexican sauce)
- 2 pkgs cream cheese spread
- 1 tub cream
- 2 large onion(s) (chopped)
- 1 can tomatoes, pureed (500 ml)
- 1 can tomatoes, chunky (500 ml)
- salt and pepper
- pizza seasoning
- 1 large can mushrooms (with juice)
- optional broth (to extend)
- 1 pack salami (diced)
Instructions
- 1. Put the minced meat and the chopped onions into a large frying pan.
- 2. Fry the mixture until the meat breaks down into small, loose pieces.
- 3. Stir in all the remaining ingredients.
- 4. Season the soup generously with salt and pepper.
- 5. Bring the soup to a boil.
- 6. Let the soup steep for a few hours.
- 7. Taste the soup occasionally.
- 8. Adjust the seasoning if needed.
