  2. 2. Pat the meat dry thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Season the fillets generously with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Heat some oil in a large frying pan.
  5. 5. Sear the fillets on all sides for about 5 minutes until browned.
  6. 6. Wash the tomatoes under running water.
  7. 7. Cut the tomatoes in half.
  8. 8. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
  9. 9. Wash the basil leaves as well.
  10. 10. Chop the basil leaves finely.
  11. 11. Bring the cream to a boil in a saucepan.
  12. 12. Stir in the processed cheese portion to the hot cream.
  13. 13. Continue stirring until the cheese has completely melted.
  14. 14. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  15. 15. Fold two-thirds of the chopped basil leaves into the sauce.
  16. 16. Lightly grease a baking dish with oil or butter.
  17. 17. Place the seared meat into the prepared dish.
  18. 18. Arrange the tomato halves next to the meat.
  19. 19. Pour the basil cream sauce evenly over everything.
  20. 20. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
  21. 21. Distribute the mozzarella cubes over the meat.
  22. 22. Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  23. 23. Set the oven to 200 degrees Celsius conventional heat.
  24. 24. Remove the dish from the oven after the baking time.
  25. 25. Sprinkle the chicken with the remaining fresh basil.
