Ingredients

- 250 g oats, fine
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 250 ml milk
- 2 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- paprika powder
- oil for frying
Instructions
- 1. Dice the onion into small cubes.
- 2. Mix the onion cubes with the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- 3. Season the mixture generously with salt.
- 4. Add fresh pepper.
- 5. Add paprika powder.
- 6. Let the mixture rest for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- 7. Shape the mixture into flat patties.
- 8. Heat a little oil in a pan.
- 9. Fry the patties slowly on one side until golden brown.
- 10. Turn the patties and fry them on the other side until golden brown.
