🍕 Quick Pizza Dough with Baking Powder

Ingredients
- 400 g flour
- 260 ml milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 4 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- 1. Add milk, oil, and salt to a large mixing bowl.
- 2. Mix the baking powder (leavening agent for quick rising) thoroughly with the flour.
- 3. Add the flour mixture gradually to the milk and stir everything together with the dough hooks of your hand mixer until a dough forms.
- 4. Knead the dough briefly by hand so that it holds together well.
- 5. Roll out the dough directly in your baking pan.
- 6. Optionally divide the dough into two halves and shape two round pizzas from it.
- 7. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius with fan setting (convection).
- 8. Place the topped pizza in the oven and bake it for 10 minutes.
