  1. 1. Add milk, oil, and salt to a large mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Mix the baking powder (leavening agent for quick rising) thoroughly with the flour.
  3. 3. Add the flour mixture gradually to the milk and stir everything together with the dough hooks of your hand mixer until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Knead the dough briefly by hand so that it holds together well.
  5. 5. Roll out the dough directly in your baking pan.
  6. 6. Optionally divide the dough into two halves and shape two round pizzas from it.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius with fan setting (convection).
  8. 8. Place the topped pizza in the oven and bake it for 10 minutes.
