🍳 The Ultimate Bircher Muesli

Ingredients
- 250 g oat flakes
- 350 ml milk
- 50 g raisins
- 50 g almonds (chopped)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 medium-sized apples
Instructions
- 1. Place 250 grams of oat flakes (fine Cologne flakes are best) into a large bowl. Add 50 grams of raisins, 50 grams of chopped almonds, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 350 milliliters of milk. Stir everything well to combine the ingredients.
- 2. Core and peel 2 medium-sized apples. Grate the apples using a grater with large holes directly into the oat mixture. Stir everything well again. Add a little more sugar if you prefer it sweeter.
- 3. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. Your muesli is then ready to enjoy.
- 4. Notice after about 3 hours that the consistency isn't quite right? If the muesli is too thick, simply stir in a little more milk. If it is too runny, add a few more oat flakes to thicken it.
