  2. 2. Let the meat cool down completely afterwards.
  3. 3. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes.
  4. 4. Peel the cucumbers according to your taste.
  5. 5. Halve the cucumbers lengthwise.
  6. 6. Scrape out the watery seeds of the cucumbers with a spoon.
  7. 7. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  8. 8. Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
  9. 9. Crush the garlic cloves finely.
  10. 10. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
  11. 11. Grate the red cabbage very finely.
  12. 12. Mix the red cabbage, the cooled doner meat, and the tzatziki in a large bowl.
  13. 13. Add the diced tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, and garlic to the bowl.
  14. 14. Season the mixture with pepper.
