Ingredients
- 5 large tomato(es)
- 1 clove garlic(es) (optional)
- 500 g döner meat (seasoned)
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 piece feta cheese
- 400 g tzatziki
- 200 g cabbage salad
- 200 g red cabbage
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- chili powder
Instructions
- 1. Fry the doner meat in a pan.
- 2. Let the meat cool down completely afterwards.
- 3. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes.
- 4. Peel the cucumbers according to your taste.
- 5. Halve the cucumbers lengthwise.
- 6. Scrape out the watery seeds of the cucumbers with a spoon.
- 7. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
- 8. Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
- 9. Crush the garlic cloves finely.
- 10. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
- 11. Grate the red cabbage very finely.
- 12. Mix the red cabbage, the cooled doner meat, and the tzatziki in a large bowl.
- 13. Add the diced tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, and garlic to the bowl.
- 14. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 15. Season the mixture with salt.
- 16. Season the mixture with oregano.
- 17. Add a little chili if you like.
