- 500 ml milk

- 50 g margarine
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
Instructions
- 1. Whisk all ingredients until you have a smooth batter. Fry the crêpes in a pan with a little fat. They release easily from the pan bottom, so you do not need a special crêpe pan.
