Ingredients
- 500 g apples (peeled and sliced into wedges)
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 175 g flour
- Cinnamon (to taste)
- 1 lemon(s), juice from it
Instructions
- 1. Drizzle the apple slices with lemon juice and place them in a lightly greased baking dish. Mix butter, sugar, flour, and cinnamon to make a crumble topping and spread it evenly over the apples. Bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees in a preheated oven.
- 2. Serve the dessert warm with ice cream and whipped cream. For an extra kick, you can drizzle rum-soaked raisins or Calvados over the apples. This dessert also tastes excellent with gooseberries or blackberries.
