Ingredients
- 3 bell pepper(s) (colorfully mixed)
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 large clove(s) garlic
- 12 slice(s) bacon (thinly sliced)

Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the inside of the peppers, including the seeds.
- 3. Cut the empty pepper pods lengthwise into four long strips.
- 4. Set the strips aside to create small 'boats'.
- 5. Put cream cheese into a small bowl.
- 6. Add one large spoonful of sour cream.
- 7. Add pressed garlic.
- 8. Stir the ingredients into a smooth mixture.
- 9. Season the cream with salt.
- 10. Season the cream with pepper.
- 11. Fill the pepper strips with the cream cheese mixture.
- 12. Make sure not to overstuff the filling.
- 13. Avoid the cream bulging out to the sides.
- 14. Take a slice of bacon.
- 15. Wrap the bacon tightly around a pepper boat.
- 16. Repeat this for all boats.
- 17. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- 18. Place the wrapped pepper boats on the tray.
- 19. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- 20. Set the mode to top and bottom heat.
- 21. Slide the tray into the hot oven.
- 22. Bake the boats for 35 to 45 minutes.
- 23. Check if the bacon is golden brown.
- 24. Make sure the bacon is crispy.
- 25. Keep in mind that baking time may vary depending on the oven.
- 26. You can replace part of the cream cheese with sheep's cheese.
- 27. You can replace part of the cream cheese with feta.
- 28. Add fresh herbs to the filling as you like.
- 29. Increase the amount of garlic for a spicier flavor.
