  7. 7. Sauté the onions and garlic in the hot butter until they are translucent.
  8. 8. Stir the crème fraîche into the pan and mix well.
  9. 9. Deglaze the mixture with the coconut milk.
  10. 10. Add the tomato paste, sesame oil, and rosemary to the sauce.
  11. 11. Season the dish generously with the spices.
  12. 12. Let the sauce reduce slightly.
  13. 13. Add the potato cubes to the pan.
  14. 14. Cover the potatoes completely with the sauce.
