Ingredients
- 200 g Butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
- 4 Egg(s)
- 320 g Flour
- 0.5 packet Baking Powder
- some Lemon Juice
- 36 Butter Cookie(s)
- 0.5 packet Powdered Sugar
- Gummy Bears (Smarties, sprinkles, etc. for decorating)
- 2 packet Vanilla Pudding Powder
- 1 Liter Milk
- Sugar (see package instructions for the pudding)
- 750 ml Cream
- 2 packet Vanilla Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Coat the butter cookies with powdered sugar icing and decorate them as you like with gummy bears, Smarties, or sprinkles. Set the decorated cookies aside.
- 2. Beat the butter with regular sugar, vanilla sugar, and the eggs until creamy. Stir in the flour and baking powder. Add enough lemon juice until the dough becomes pliable. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
- 3. Cook the pudding using pudding powder, milk, and sugar according to the package instructions. Spread the hot pudding over the cooled cake base. Place the cake in the refrigerator overnight.
- 4. The next day, whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and spread it over the pudding layer. Place the prepared butter cookies on top and let the cake rest for another 4 to 5 hours so that the cookies become soft.
