🍕 Pizza Snails – quick & easy

Ingredients
- 2 packs puff pastry (rolled out)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tub sour cream
- 1 pack cheese (grated (200g))
- 250 g ham (cooked)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
- 2. Dice the onion and the ham into small cubes.
- 3. Mix the onion and ham cubes with the sour cream and the cheese.
- 4. Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5. Spread the filling evenly over the rolled-out puff pastry.
- 6. Roll the pastry tightly into a long log starting from the short side.
- 7. Slice the log into even pieces with a sharp knife.
- 8. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 9. Bake the snails in the oven for about 20 minutes.
