Ingredients
- 500 g mixed ground meat
- 1 small onion(s) (peeled and diced small)
- some oil for frying
- 1 small can of peas and carrots
- 300 ml meat broth
- 200 ml cream
- to taste salt and pepper
- to taste paprika powder
- to taste chives
- to taste parsley
- possibly sauce thickener (if needed)
Instructions
- 1. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 2. Form small meatballs from the mixture.
- 3. Heat some oil in a pan.
- 4. Fry the meatballs in the pan until browned all over.
- 5. Add the diced onion to the pan.
- 6. Sauté the onion briefly.
- 7. Add the peas and carrots.
- 8. Deglaze everything with 300 milliliters of meat broth.
- 9. Stir in the cream.
- 10. Let the mixture simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
- 11. Thicken the sauce to your liking using a little cornstarch.
- 12. Finally, adjust the seasoning with salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs.
