  3. 3. Use your hands to form a crust edge about 2 to 3 centimeters high.
  4. 4. Put the apple sauce into a small pot.
  5. 5. Add a little cinnamon.
  6. 6. Let the mixture simmer gently.
  7. 7. Peel the apples.
  8. 8. Cut the apples into quarters.
  9. 9. Slice the apple quarters into small pieces.
  10. 10. Place half of the apple slices on the dough base.
  11. 11. Save the rest of the apples for later.
  12. 12. Mix the pudding powder with a little milk or apple juice until smooth.
  13. 13. Stir in the prepared vanilla pudding powder vigorously when the apple sauce is gently bubbling.
  14. 14. Remove the pot from the heat as soon as the mixture thickens.
  15. 15. Pour the pudding mixture evenly over the base.
  16. 16. Arrange the remaining apple slices on top of the pudding mixture.
