🥤 Juicy Chicken Breast Fillets from the Oven

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillet(s)
- 4 onion(s)
- 200 ml vegetable broth
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- salt and pepper
- paprika powder, sweet
- fat for the dish
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees fan-forced or 180 to 185 degrees conventional top and bottom heat.
- 2. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under running water.
- 3. Pat the fillets completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 4. Season the fillets on both sides with sweet paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 6. Sear the seasoned fillets in the pan.
- 7. Slice the onions into thin rings.
- 8. Slice the chili pepper into thin rings as well.
- 9. Lightly grease a baking dish.
- 10. Distribute the onion rings and chili rings evenly in the baking dish.
- 11. Pour the broth over the vegetables so that it just covers them.
- 12. Place the seared chicken breast fillets on top of the vegetables.
- 13. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven.
- 14. Bake the fillets for about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on thickness.
