  1. 1. Separate the eggs. Carefully lift the egg yolks away from the egg whites.
  2. 2. Beat the egg whites until stiff using a mixer.
  3. 3. Add the sugar and the egg yolks to the egg white mixture.
  4. 4. Mix everything on low speed until well combined.
  5. 5. Mix flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  6. 6. Sift the flour mixture over the egg base.
  7. 7. Gently fold the flour mixture into the egg base using a whisk, being careful not to deflate the air.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (conventional heat).
  9. 9. Pour the batter into a pan and bake it on the middle rack for 20 minutes.
  10. 10. Let the cake base cool down completely.
  11. 11. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions.
  12. 12. Use Labamba juice and sugar for the pudding.
  13. 13. Let the finished pudding cool down.
  14. 14. Mix cream, cream stabilizer, and powdered sugar in a bowl.
  15. 15. Whip the mixture until stiff using a mixer.
  16. 16. Spread the cooled pudding evenly over the cooled cake base.
  17. 17. Add the whipped cream on top of the pudding layer.
  18. 18. Scatter butter cookies evenly over the cream.
  19. 19. Cover the entire cake with chocolate glaze.
