  5. 5. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  6. 6. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
  8. 8. Roll out the dough on the surface.
  9. 9. Make sure the dough is large enough for your baking sheet.
  10. 10. Place the dough on the baking sheet.
  11. 11. Press the edges of the dough upward to form a crust.
  12. 12. Put the eggs and cream into a bowl.
  13. 13. Whisk the eggs and cream together using a hand blender until well combined.
  14. 14. Season the egg mixture with salt.
  15. 15. Add grated nutmeg.
