  1. 1. Whisk the eggs with the milk, add a pinch of salt and a splash of oil. Stir in the flour until the batter is smooth. Take a small spoonful of batter and place it in the center of a non-stick pan. Swirl the pan to spread the batter thinly and evenly without holes.
  2. 2. Flip the crêpe after one minute so the other side also turns golden yellow. Your crêpe is ready! You can now fill, fold, or roll it as you like.
  3. 3. Enjoy your meal!
