🍽️ Making Thin Crêpes

Ingredients
- 250 ml milk
- 2 egg(s)
- 125 g flour
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 1 splash rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the eggs with the milk, add a pinch of salt and a splash of oil. Stir in the flour until the batter is smooth. Take a small spoonful of batter and place it in the center of a non-stick pan. Swirl the pan to spread the batter thinly and evenly without holes.
- 2. Flip the crêpe after one minute so the other side also turns golden yellow. Your crêpe is ready! You can now fill, fold, or roll it as you like.
- 3. Enjoy your meal!
