Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt (200 g)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 egg(s)
- 3 cups flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- to taste milk
Instructions
- 1. Use an empty yogurt cup as a simple measuring tool for your ingredients.
- 2. Mix plain yogurt, oil, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Stir in the eggs. Add flour and baking powder and mix well. If the batter seems too thick, add a little milk. Fill the batter into muffin cups. Bake the muffins at 150 degrees Celsius fan-forced for about 20 minutes.
