  1. 1. Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions using 500 milliliters of milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  2. 2. Let the pudding cool down completely.
  3. 3. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
  4. 4. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
  5. 5. Cut the strawberries in half.
  6. 6. Sprinkle the halved strawberries with sugar.
  7. 7. Whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.
  8. 8. Stir the melted butter into the egg mixture.
  9. 9. Mix the flour with the baking powder.
  10. 10. Sift the flour mixture over the batter.
  11. 11. Fold the flour mixture into the batter gently.
  12. 12. Stir the batter for another 3 minutes.
  13. 13. Grease a cake pan.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the greased pan with breadcrumbs.
  15. 15. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  16. 16. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
  17. 17. Bake the dough in the preheated oven on the middle rack for 15 minutes.

  20. 20. Arrange the sugared strawberries on top of the pudding to form a pyramid.
  21. 21. Mix the juice from the berries with some red fruit juice or water to make 1/4 liter.
  22. 22. Prepare the cake glaze according to the package instructions with the juice mixture.
  23. 23. Pour the hot glaze over the strawberries, starting from the top.
  24. 24. Sprinkle the sliced almonds around the edge of the strawberries.
  25. 25. Place the cake in the refrigerator for about one hour.
