🍽️ Crispy Mushrooms from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 500 g mushrooms (preferably brown)
- 5 clove/garlic (coarsely chopped)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sauce (Sambal Manis)
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly and remove any dirt.
- 2. Finely chop the garlic clove.
- 3. Place the mushrooms, the oil, and the chopped garlic into the air fryer basket.
- 4. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the mixture for 7 minutes.
- 5. Remove the basket briefly and stir in the soy sauce, Sambal Mani, a pinch of salt, and freshly ground pepper.
- 6. Place the basket back into the air fryer and cook the mushrooms for another 3 minutes at 180 °C.
- 7. Serve the warm mushrooms with fresh tzatziki and crispy baguette.
