  1. 1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly and remove any dirt.
  2. 2. Finely chop the garlic clove.
  3. 3. Place the mushrooms, the oil, and the chopped garlic into the air fryer basket.
  4. 4. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the mixture for 7 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove the basket briefly and stir in the soy sauce, Sambal Mani, a pinch of salt, and freshly ground pepper.
  6. 6. Place the basket back into the air fryer and cook the mushrooms for another 3 minutes at 180 °C.
  7. 7. Serve the warm mushrooms with fresh tzatziki and crispy baguette.
