  5. 5. Bake the crust for 5 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
  6. 6. Remove the crust from the oven and set it aside.
  7. 7. Stir sugar, cornstarch, cream cheese, and skimmed quark until creamy.
  8. 8. Add the egg, cream, and lemon juice to the mixture.
  9. 9. Stir everything slowly until smooth, but do not use an electric mixer.
  10. 10. Spread the cream evenly over the pre-baked crust.
  11. 11. Bake the cake for 45 minutes.
  12. 12. Remove the cake as soon as the edge is lightly browned.
  13. 13. Mix the glaze ingredients together in a separate bowl.
  14. 14. Spread the glaze evenly over the cake.
  15. 15. Bake the cake for another 5 minutes.
  16. 16. Let the cake cool down completely overnight.
