Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp, level baking powder
- 90 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla aroma (vanilla baking)
- 1 egg
- 150 g butter, cold (in pieces)
- couverture (or yolk-milk mixture)
- chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- 1. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out the cookies. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 2. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius fan-forced for 10 minutes.
- 3. Either decorate the finished cookies by spreading them with chocolate coating. Or brush them before baking with a mixture of egg yolk and milk, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles, and then bake.
- 4. This recipe yields about 30 cookies, depending on the size of your cookie cutters.
