  1. 1. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out the cookies. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius fan-forced for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Either decorate the finished cookies by spreading them with chocolate coating. Or brush them before baking with a mixture of egg yolk and milk, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles, and then bake.
  4. 4. This recipe yields about 30 cookies, depending on the size of your cookie cutters.
