  3. 3. Scoop out the inside of the zucchini using a teaspoon.
  4. 4. Ensure that only a border about one centimeter thick remains.
  5. 5. Finely dice the large onion.
  6. 6. Finely dice the cheese.
  7. 7. Finely dice the scooped-out zucchini flesh.
  8. 8. Heat oil in a pot.
  9. 9. Brown the minced meat well.
  10. 10. Add the diced onion and sauté briefly.
  11. 11. Add the diced zucchini flesh.
  12. 12. Stir in the tomato paste.
  13. 13. Pour in the vegetable broth.
  14. 14. Season the mixture with nutmeg, coriander, and paprika.
  15. 15. Adjust the taste with sugar, salt, and pepper.
  16. 16. Stir half of the cheese into the filling.
  17. 17. Stir in the cream cheese.
  18. 18. Fill the zucchini halves with the meat mixture.
  19. 19. Keep some filling left over if necessary.
