Ingredients
- 50 g Nutella (or other nut nougat cream)
- 50 g nougat
- 50 g almonds, ground (or hazelnuts, ground)
- 15 almonds, whole (or hazelnuts, peeled)
- 75 g almonds, chopped (or hazelnuts, chopped)
- a little dark chocolate coating (for decorating)
Instructions
- 1. Warm the nougat cream at low power in the microwave or in a warm water bath until it is soft.
- 2. Stir the soft nougat cream in a bowl together with the nut nougat cream and the ground almonds or hazelnuts (choose only one type) until well combined.
- 3. If the mixture seems too liquid, add more ground nuts.
- 4. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
- 5. Pour the chopped nuts into a shallow dish (you do not need to use all of them at once).
- 6. Take small portions of the mixture with a teaspoon.
- 7. Press a whole almond or nut into the center of the portion.
- 8. Roll the ball in the chopped nuts.
- 9. Then shape round balls with your hands.
- 10. Place the balls on a plate.
- 11. Process the entire mixture this way.
- 12. Chill the balls again for 15 minutes.
- 13. Melt the chocolate coating (couverture) at the end.
- 14. Decorate the pralines with it as you like.
- 15. Be careful when dipping them so that the pralines do not get too warm, otherwise they will become soft again.
- 16. Let the pralines dry.
- 17. Enjoy them!
